Brie Buckwheat Pancakes
For 20 Buckwheat Pancakes ... : 500 g flour, 200 g of Brie flowing well, 100 g of butter, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, milk.
Remove the crust of the Brie.
Mix the flour with butter, brie and 2 egg yolks.
Add salt and pepper.
Keep rest.
Preheat oven (180 °)
Roll out the pastry to 1 cm thick.
Cut in circles (with glass).
Paint the surface with a brush dipped in milk.
Scratch with a fork.
Place in oven until the Buckwheat Pancakes are nicely browned.
